Biomechanic-->DNA Tools-->Oligo Calc

Hi, If you give me an oligonucleotide sequence (ssDNA, frequently used for PCR), I will tell you:
  • the length and molcular weight
  • %gc, ATGC counts,
  • the extiction coefficient at 260nm and the melting temperature.
If you have taken a reading at 260nm (dont forget the dilution factor!), I will also be able to tell you your oligo concentration and how to dilute it to get a specific concentration.

Enter sequence below...

Or select a file:
A260: Dilution Factor:
ug/mL(ssDNA): 0.00 pmol/uL(ssDNA): 0.00
Length: 0 %GC: 0 A's: 0 T's: 0 G's: 0 C's: 0
Mol. Wt.(g/M): 0.0 Melt. Temp.(oC): 0.0
Add 0.00uL to uL to get pmol/uL Molar Extinction Coefficient: 0.00 1 OD is: 0picoMolar
